The management and conduct of the affairs of the Corporation shall be vested in an Executive Council as provided in the Bylaws. The Executive Council shall serve as the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The Executive Council shall include the President, President-Elect, Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, Newsletter Editor, and four Members-at-Large. The President, Secretary, Treasurer, Newsletter Editor and four Members-at-Large shall be elected by plurality vote of the members via email in before September 17-18, 2020, Newark, NJ1st.
