The 2023 ISOES conference is being offered as a hybrid event, meaning you can attend and/or present in-person and online.

Student Paper Awards
- ISOES will select up to two student full papers, with the student listed as the first author, to receive a monetary award not to exceed a combined sum of $500. For more information, see the student award page. Completing the application is required to be considered for the award.
Individuals interested in presenting their research/case study can submit an abstract of no more than 350-words in English by using the EasyChair system before April 30th, 2023. All abstracts submitted for publication in the conference proceedings will be peer-reviewed by the International Program Advisory Committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance by May 15th, 2023. Full papers or extended abstracts and conference registration will be due by June 30th, 2023. Final paper submissions must conform to the formatting requirements set out in the ISOES paper template. Papers not conforming to the formatting requirements will not be reviewed and may be denied completely.
Papers and extended abstracts for the conference will be published in the ISOES conference proceedings. Each paper will receive a unique DOI (digital object identifier).
